Fluor has provided engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and maintenance services to the nuclear industry since 1946. In the U.S., we have designed and built three nuclear power units, constructed an additional eight nuclear power units and supported construction on another ten nuclear units in the 1970s and 1980s. We expanded our services in the 1990s at many of the operating commercial nuclear plants in the United States by providing major capital modification and maintenance services.
Our past and ongoing commercial experience includes the maintenance, modification and related operating plant support services for 90 nuclear reactor units.
