Mohamed Ben Chouikha

Mohamed Ben Chouikha, Ph.D. graduated at Faculté des Science Techniques de Manastir (Tunisia) in Physics. He obtained his DEA (Diplôme d’études Approfondies) and Ph.D. in micro-electronics at Université Paris Diderot (Paris 7) in France. He works at Sorbonne Université since 2000 and launched the development of buried CMOS color and multispectral sensors. Many research projects for medical and security applications have been developed using buried color sensors. Recently, he was the coordinator of the EURATOM NFRP-2019–2020, Project 945320 - El-Peacetolero with the successful demonstration of a compact embedded optoelectronic system capable of real-time, non-destructive monitoring of polymer aging.
