William Smith

William Smith has 45 years of experience in the energy sector, including senior roles in at Ontario Hydro, Ontario Power Generation and Siemens Canada and he joined Terrestrial Energy in 2016  where leads all engineering, R&D and licensing activities of the Company   Mr. Smith holds a B. Eng from Carleton University and an MBA from the Schulich School at York University. He is a P. Eng registered with the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO) and with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and is also the Chair of Canadian Standards Association Small Modular Reactor Task Force.
